Information concerning stands and pavilions
- Main Office opening hours:
- 03-07 September 2007: 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 08-09 September 2007: 7:00am to 5:00pm
- 10 September 2007: 7:00am to 8:00pm
- 11-14 September 2007: 8:00am to 5:00pm - Stands’ arrangement prepared by IKF: 9-10.09.2007 from 7am till 10pm and on the opening day 11.09.2007 from 7am till 9:30am.
- Stands’ collecting: before entering the pavilion exhibitors should register their presence in Fair Main Office ( opened 09.09.2007 from 9am till 5pm; 10.09.2007 from 8am till 8pm; 11.09.2007 from 8am till 6pm ). Here all exhibitors will receive passes, catalogues and press materials.
- Stands’ dismantling could start on 14.09.2007 from 4pm till 10pm and on 15.09.2007 from 8am till 5pm (can be prolonged). Exhibits have to stay on the stands till 4pm on 14.09.2007.
- Opening hours during the exhibition:
- for the exhibitors: 9am – 5:30pm,
- for the visitors: 10am – 5pm.
Stands’ security from 5:30pm till 9am. - Stands’ power supply from 9am till 5:30pm (besides 24h power supply stands).
- Exhibition area entrance:
- 3-8.09.2007 - free entrance
- 9-10.09.2007 till 10pm – free entrance
- 11-14.09.2007 – entrance and parking will be possible after presenting ordered entrance cards or after paying entrance fee.
